2How much will my smarthome devices and installation cost?
Every home is different, how you intend to utilize the features and where the doors, windows, locks and how many you have all must be taken into account. For this reason, we customize your quote to your situation using the information you provide online or by phone, along with a comprehensive onsite assessment of your home. Accessories you buy and complexities of your install will add more.
3How soon can I get an appointment scheduled?
Most appointments are confirmed within 3 - 7 days after you request a quote, whether completed online or over the phone.
4Will I receive a follow-up call from the technical team to confirm?
Yes. After your request, you will receive a confirmation form the technical support team to schedule the initial assessment. Then after agreeing to the estimated costs your installer’s contact information will be sent via email - and the team will always call to perform a pre-visit survey before your appointment.
5Is there a warranty on my new system?
Each installation performed with accuracy and professionalism. If at any time the MANUFACTURER’s installed product becomes inoperable due to a faulty installation, the installer will correct the problem at no charge. If a component of your system is defective, the installer will inform you and remove the component at no charge for you to return it. In many cases you, will be able to reinstall the defective component’s replacement without having the installer return, but if the installer does return a travel charge may apply.
